FAQs About Website Rentals
Thinking of renting a high-performing website for your business? We’ve answered the most common questions—from setup and customization to SEO and pricing. If you don’t see your question below:
How does the website rental process work?
Once you choose an available site, we customize it with your branding, contact info, and service area. You’ll get a live, lead-ready site within a few business days—no design or tech work needed on your end.
What’s included in the rental?
Every rental includes:
- Custom domain + business email
- Hosting and security
- SEO-optimized content
- Mobile-responsive design
- Google Business integration
- Ongoing maintenance and updates
- Exclusive niche protection in your region
How long does it take to launch a site?
Most rentals are ready to go within 2–4 business days. Once you provide your business info, logo, and service details, we handle the rest.
Can I change the layout or add custom features?
Rental sites come with a set layout built to convert, but we can make light edits to content, colors, and images. If you need a custom layout or more pages, check out our Website Design options.
Do I own the website?
No—rentals are licensed monthly or annually. You get full access and use, but the site is owned by Siren Web Designs. If you want full ownership, we offer custom builds under our Website Design services.
Is my rental exclusive to my city?
Yes. When you rent a website from us, we lock that niche in your region so no competitors can rent the same type of site nearby. One niche, one region, one renter.
What happens if I stop renting?
If you cancel, the website is taken offline and becomes available for other businesses in your area. You can export your content if you'd like to build your own later.
Can I switch to an owned site later?
Absolutely. We’ll apply part of your rental payments toward a custom build if you decide to transition into full ownership within 6–12 months.
How do I get started?
Just visit the Available Websites page, choose a site that fits your business, and click “Rent This Site.” You’ll get a fast response with next steps and a short intake form.
